This policy explains shipping and delivery for purchases from ATP STORE. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Delivery destinations
Shipping availability depends on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout. If no option is available for your address, please contact general@atthepark.world before ordering so we can check whether delivery can be arranged.
Shipping charges
For eligible items covered by our general UAE shipping rates, standard delivery costs AED 20 for orders below AED 200, and free shipping applies from AED 200. Products covered by separate shipping arrangements may have different charges and may not qualify for this offer. The final shipping charge for your cart and address is displayed at checkout before payment. Do not assume the UAE free-shipping offer applies to every product or international order.
Order processing and delivery estimates
Processing and delivery times depend on product availability, the delivery destination, and the shipping service. Where an estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe is provided on the product page, at checkout, or in your order communications, please review it before purchasing. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
Order updates and tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take time to update. Contact general@atthepark.world with your order number if you need a shipping update or assistance with tracking.
Delivery information
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will try to update the details, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. If a failed delivery requires reshipment because of incorrect details or a missed delivery, we will explain any proposed additional charges and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
International orders and customs
Where international shipping is offered at checkout, shipping charges and availability depend on the product and destination. Any duties or import taxes collected by us will be shown at checkout. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, additional destination-country duties, taxes, or carrier clearance charges may be payable by the recipient. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification. Customs clearance can affect delivery estimates.
Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries
If your delivery is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact general@atthepark.world as soon as reasonably possible with your order number. For damage, include photos of the product and packaging where possible, and retain the packaging while we investigate. We will work with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Carrier involvement does not remove ATP STORE's obligations to you.
Returns and exchanges
Return and exchange eligibility, return shipping costs, and refunds are explained in our Return and Exchange Policy. Please contact us for approval and return instructions before sending goods back.
